Account Manager- Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical Sales - Job ID:5660
- Responsible for selling products and services to accounts in assigned territory, and meet/exceed territory projections for sales growth
- Provide annual Territory Business Plans
- Schedule face to face meetings with qualified customers to determine their needs and provide them with information about our products and services
- Secure opportunities to quote on customer requirements and follows up on quotations to secure orders.
- Proactively contact targeted customers to qualify their interest and involvement with the type of equipment we offer, and provide technical service when appropriate to solve customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintains a high degree of technical expertise through product and application knowledge
- Provides written and verbal communication covering the status of the territory goals and objectives in a timely fashion
- BS degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
- A minimum of five years’ experience selling to BioPharm manufacturing sites
- Must be willing to travel approximately 75% of the time to local areas within assigned territory
