Project Manager - Job ID:5139

Responsibilities:
  • Assume overall responsibility to track and maintain status of all projects while assisting with tracking project specifications, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure that all specifications of projects are delivered
  • Use project-tracking software to manage project reviews and work with vendors to ensure that they are tracking projects properly
  • Act as main contact for the project-tracking software vendor and lead training of vendors and internal colleagues, including communicating software updates to users
  • Participate in project team meetings to update project status on a weekly or as-needed basis
  • Assume responsibility for on-time delivery of tasks to and from vendors
  • Establish and maintain business unit procedures
  • Set and reinforce client expectations
  • Monitor project status and inform team of changes in scope, budget, or timeline as appropriate
  • Identify and analyze budget and timeline risks
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous medical communications agency or pharmaceutical experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Scientific and/or clinical skills and experiences preferred
  • Project management training
