Description

  • CONTRACT to HIRE
  • Drive and manage elements of the APQP from pilot and product released
  • Perform Capability Study, DOE study and stability study on the equipment before get release to production life cycle
  • Maintain quality records related of the program and Failure Analysis
  • On a daily basis, assess quality performance issues, set priorities, engage the required resources, and execute corrective/preventive action.
  • On a daily basis, anticipate performance issues, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • On a routine basis, monitor and analyze quality data, identify issues, and take action to ensure the plant delivers on its quality commitments and continually improves.
  • Engage daily with operators and technicians to identify opportunities and to drive improvement.
  • Perform Internal, supplier audit focusing of product and/or quality system
  • Partner with the Operations function to create a climate of rigorous operational discipline, continuous improvement, and daily learning.
 Requirements
  • B.S. degree in engineering discipline and 5+ years working in a pcb manufacturing environment
  • ISO 9001 knowledge ( Internal audit certified preferred)
  • Must have experience working in a pcb manufacturing environment
