Vivarium Associate - Job ID:6721

 Responsibilities of the Vivarium Assoicate:

  • Dosing, necropsy, and in life procedures (IV, PO, SC, IP dosing, anesthesia, simple surgery, blood and tissue collection) for non-clinical studies
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organized records and worksheets
  • Planning, execution, and documentation of experiments
  • Familiarity with IACUC protocols and regulations involved with in vivo work

Requirements of the Vivarium Assoicate:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in conducting in vivo studies
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Impeccable organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Hands-on experience with dosing, blood collection, necropsy and anesthesia
