Sr. Scientific Associate - Analytical
Development
This person would be expected to be able to independently conduct dissolution
experiments, including sample preparation and assisted data analysis, on
development and commercially available test powders and solid oral dosage
forms. Additional duties will include:
- Evaluate
performance of Dissolution systems
- Maintain
general lab equipment, including dissolution apparatus and HPLC
- Maintain
a functioning scientific notebook record
- Function
in an industrial analytical setting
Bachlor\'s degree in Chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences,
or equivalent concentration.
1-3+ years experience in an analytical
capacity;
Have received general training/coursework on
analytical instruments;
Able to conduct dissolution analysis on solid
oral dosage forms (training will be provided);
Have an understanding of the theory of
analytical development, general HPLC use and care;
Awareness of USP
dissolution methods
