We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager / Scientific Recruiter to join our growing business. Responsibilities include developing new business with pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics and medical device companies through inside and outside sales activities including lead generation, cold calling, networking and marketing campaigns. Duties also include sourcing and recruiting science candidates through the internet, networking events, call marketing, job fairs and campus recruiting.

Qualifications must include a Bachelors Degree in a technology or business discipline with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have experience in sales and/or recruiting in the life sciences, high-tech or staffing industry with a stable and proven track record. Candidates must have a strong drive and work ethic with the ability to operate independently in a fast paced environment. Local candidates are highly preferred.
