Summary
Large ambulatory pediatric practice in Brookline, MA seeking a Nurse Manager (RN). The nurse manager will oversee a team of nurse and medical assistants to ensure proper patient care. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, no weekends!
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Nurses and Medical Assistants.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure practice operations run smoothly.
- Manage vaccine program following state guidelines.
- Order medical supplies for the practice.
- Oversee quality control of lab maintenance.
- Work closely with affiliated practice management teams.
- Support front desk staff in scheduling patients.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- 5 years of nursing management/supervisory experience
- 3 years of pediatric experience (ambulatory preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
