Clinical Trial Associate

Responsibilities of the Clinical Trial Associate:

  • Work with study execution team and external CROs/vendors to ensure all stakeholders understand timelines.
  • Draft and/or assist in the development of clinical study documents including ICF, study plans, and pharmacy manual.
  • Generate, finalize and distribute study team agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Prepares and oversee Trial Master File (TMF) and internal files.

Requirements of the Clinical Trial Associate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-based discipline preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical research environment (clinical site, CRO or biotech/pharma company)
  • Knowledge and understanding of GCP/ICH Guidelines and FDA regulations
  • Must have strong computer skills working with Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Project)
