Process Development Associate

*MUST BE OKAY WORKING 2ND SHIFT (12-8pm or 1-9pm)

Responsibilities of the Process Development Associate:

  • Purification of small and large scale batches of viral vectors for mRNA therapeutics
  • Utilize filtration and chromatography techniques.
  • Share expertise and knowledge with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Record reports and evaluation of results in lab notebooks.
  • Writing SOPs, protocols, and reports.

Requirements of the Process Development Associate:

  • BS or MS degree in life sciences, biochemistry, biochemical engineering or related subject.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience with DSP (Chromatography and ultrafiltration/diafiltration) in the industry.
  • Experience with mRNA is preferred. Will also consider antibody and/or oligonucleotides experience.
  • Experience with performing data analysis, troubleshooting, drafting SOP’s and protocols.
  • Experience with AAV is desirable .
  • Must be ok working in a fast paced, small startup environment.
