Position located in Cambridge, MA
Responsibilities of the Research Associate II/Senior Research Associate:
- Will perform primary cell culture and HTS screening.
- Also responsible for lentiviral work, molecular cloning and qPCR.
- Assist with conducting scientific experiments and working on research problems.
- Maintain detailed records of experimental protocols and data in an electronic laboratory notebook.
- Coordinate time management, scheduling, product delivery and data sharing across teams.
- Troubleshoot routine technical problems.
- Provide support for ongoing projects within the team.
Requirements of the Research Associate II/Senior Research Associate:
- BS or MS in Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology or related science and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience with primary cell culture, molecular techniques and HTS screening.
- Cloning and immunology experience is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, positive outlook, collegiality and scientific curiosity.
