Scientific Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Scientific Sales Coordinator:

  • Assist product suppliers to obtain product information when necessary.
  • Update product datasheets when new information becomes available.
  • Coordinate projects and maintain effective integrated project execution strategies and plans.
  • Update the customer and BDM in a timely manner and in clear terms if there are changes in expected timelines, cost, or deliverables.
  • Update product datasheets when new information becomes available.
  • Continually think of, suggest, and help implement process improvements.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and departmental discussions.

Requirements of the Scientific Sales Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar within the Life Sciences field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have some exposure to scientific related sales.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and be flexible in day-to-day work tasks.
