Position located in Boston, MA
Responsibilities of the Scientist – LNP Formulation:
- Responsible for LNP formulation and and troubleshoot experiments.
- Screen and synthesize LNP-based formulations.
- Screen assays and perform multi-color flow cytometry.
- Prepare technical presentations of scientific findings and review technical reports for regulatory filings.
- Record and maintain all relevant data in an electronic laboratory notebook.
Requirements of the Scientist – LNP Formulation:
- PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, Biochemistry, Biology or related discipline with 1+ years industry experience.
- Must have experience with LNP formulation.
- Experience with RNA analytics using UPLC is a plus.
