Responsibilities of the Senior Scientist (Oligonucleotides):
- Design and synthesis of small molecules, heterocycles, lipids, carbohydrates, nucleosides and nucleotides, oligonucleotides and conjugates; knowledge in design, synthesis, analysis of drug delivery systems and conjugates for nucleic acids.
- Purification of compounds using modern separation techniques.
- Analysis and characterization using modern analytical techniques (NMR, MS, HPLC, IR, etc.).
Requirements of the Senior Scientist (Oligonucleotides):
- PhD in Organic Chemistry or related area with 2+ years industry experience in oligonucleotide chemistry.
- Must have NMR, MS, and HPLC experience.
- Hands on experience on separation and analytical instrumentation and scientific database search.
