Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer:

  • Will provide field service and technical support for laboratory instrumentation including onsite visits, phone, email, and remote access support.
  • Responsible for complaint case management and dispatching where required to field applications and field service teams.
  • Assist with instrumentation success and provide project management for product applications.
  • Field Service and support documentation creation and updates.
Requirements of the Technical Support Engineer:
  • BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related area.
  • Must have 2+ years experience with client interface for technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
