Estimated Gross Pay: Up to $2,540/week

Mileage: Reimbursed at .655/mile

Target Start Date:  ASAP

Hours per Week:  40 Guaranteed

Shift/Schedule:  Days, no weekends

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities of the Travel/Contract Occupational Therapist:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve daily living skills.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and manual therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Client’s EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements of the Travel/Contract Occupational Therapist:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have 1 year of Home Health experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
