Position located in Boston, MA
Responsibilities of the Contract Scientist (Protein Chemistry):
- Perform synthesis, purification, and analysis of oligonucleotides and execute bioconjugation protocols for various antibody and oligo pairs.
- Will contribute to the optimization of existing analytical workflows and troubleshoot bioconjugation reactions.
- Will maintain, calibrate and operate various types of small lab equipment.
- Maintain experimental records and contribute to scientific discussions with the research team.
Requirements of the Contract Scientist (Protein Chemistry):
- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience at the Scientist level (or equivalent training such as postdoc).
- Experience with basic protein purification and quantification techniques.
- Must have experience working with oligonucleotides and bioconjugation protocols.
