Position is located in Watertown, MA

The ideal candidate will have worked with human samples and can formulate basic buffers, weigh chemicals, use a pH meter, label sample tubes, dispense human clinical samples using calibrated micropipettes with precise technique, document all work, and be highly organized

Responsibilities:

• Will work in a BSL-2 environment and prepare/label human biological samples for analysis. This can include centrifugation, aliquoting, and labeling.
• Conduct multiple assays and microscopic imaging using prescribed protocols and sterile techniques.
• Prepare reagents, media, and other materials necessary for experiments.
• Capture, organize, and analyze data from experiments, often using database software.

Requirements:

• BS in Biology and willingness to work with human samples or  1–3 years of prior research or lab experience, particularly within a BSL-2 environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
