Requirements of the RN – ICU:

• Up to date resume that includes 2-3 years of ICU experience (If closer to 2, needs to be really strong, self-starter, experience in variety of care and ability to work independently & quickly. Would love someone with CVICU experience, please make a call out on CV, if they have CVIC exp.
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Licenses verification
• RTO MUST be included at time of submission
• EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner- experience preferred not required
• Current Certifications required: BLS & ACLS NH State License,
• Preferred Certifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN
• Floating: Yes, ED (not just ICU holds), Stepdown, Med surg with ratio 1:5
• Will consider first time travelers
