Position located in Boston, MA
Responsibilities of the Contract Scientist (Protein Purification):
- Will be responsible for purifying recombinant proteins and peforming TR-FRET, ITC, AlphaLISA, etc.
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and experimental records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of antibody-based products and technologies.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings through oral and written reports.
Requirements of the Contract Scientist (Protein Purification):
- PhD in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related with 0–1 years of industry experience.
- Must have experience with protein purification and crystallography.
- TR-FRET, FP, ITC, SPR assays are a plus.
