Position is located in Boston, MA
Responsibilities of the Research Associate I/II (Primary Cell Culture):
- Will perform primary tissue culture technique, transfection, and handle complex cell lines
- Generation, analysis and interpretation of molecular assay data using advanced methodologies including qPCR and plate-based assays
- Perform data analysis when required and present own data to the group.
Requirements of the Research Associate I/II (Primary Cell Culture):
- BS in Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field and 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Must have mammalian tissue culture experience, primary cell culture and transfection are a plus.
- Assay development experience is a plus.
- Coding experience is plus (Python, Perl, R, etc.)
