Submission Requirements:

• Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in (specialty) and documents travel experience.
• Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
• RTO MUST be included at time of submission
• EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner, experience is preferred but not required
• Current Certifications required: BLS, CPI or MOAB
• Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 & Concord-Franlik
