Position located in Rochester, MN
Responsibilities of the Associate Scientist:
- Perform routine and non-routine ligand-binding assays (ELISA, Luminex, Flow Cytometry).
- Support assay qualification and validation, documentation, and data reporting in compliance with SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and assist in sample preparation across nonclinical and clinical matrices.
- Collaborate with scientific staff to support method development and study execution.
Requirements of the Associate Scientist:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Cell or Molecular Biology (minimum 3 years of hands-on lab experience; internships/TA excluded).
- Hands-on experience with eukaryotic cell culture.
- Proficient in molecular techniques: PCR, ELISA, Western blot, molecular cloning.
- Must have experience with multicolor Flow Cytometry.
