Director of Pulmonary Services

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily respiratory therapy operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support, train, and mentor respiratory therapy staff.
- Oversee compliance with clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with providers and staff across multiple sites to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current Massachusetts Respiratory Care License and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred.
- Experience in acute care, critical care, pulmonary function testing, blood gas analysis, polysomnography, pulmonary rehabilitation, and EEG services. Neonatal respiratory care experience preferred.
- Ability to travel between three sites and participate in 24/7 on-call coverage. Strong communication and leadership skills required.
