Requirements:

• Up to date resume that includes 1+ years of experience in a LTC facility and documents travel experience.
• LTC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
• Current BLS
• NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE LPN NY License & all active licenses.
• RTO MUST be included at time of submission
• EMR Exp: PointClick Care
• Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
• 37.5 guaranteed hours
• EOW required
• Floating Required: Yes within the same building
• Scrub Color: NAVY BLUE
