Responsibilities:

• Process, label and scan and/or enter codes into digital inventory system ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Receive all incoming shipments and visually inspect materials to verify quantities and identify any damage to packaging or contents.
• Compare packing slips, shipping documents, and purchase orders against received materials to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Support inventory management activities including cycle counting, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, handled, and distributed to support internal user and production needs.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or AS degree preferred
• 1–5 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control in a GMP environment.
• Strong attention to detail, highly proactive, well-organized, and experience multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to perform procedural work routines and operate specialized scientific equipment.
