Responsibilities of the Medical Director – Clinical Development (Urology):

• Act as Medical Monitor for ongoing Phase 2 oncology trials.
• Ensure clinical data accuracy, safety reporting, and protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with CROs and internal teams to support trial execution.
• Engage with investigators and KOLs to support enrollment and retention.
• Contribute to Phase 3 trial design, endpoints, and operational planning.
• Support development of regulatory documents and submission strategies.

Requirements of the Medical Director – Clinical Development (Urology):

• MD (US or foreign-trained).
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have 5+ years of oncology clinical development experience in biotech or pharma industry.
• Experience working on Phase 2 or 3 trials, including medical monitoring.
• Strong understanding of bladder cancer or broader genitourinary oncology.
• Experience working with or within urologic clinical practices in trial settings.
