ED Interim Nurse Manager for Laconia & Franklin

Mon-Fri day shift and availability to round shifts

Requirements of the Nurse Manager:

• Experience-Minimum 3 Years of acute care clinical Expect in ER Nursing
• Must have prior, successful managerial experience managing ED’s with preference for those who have experience managing ED’s across 2 sites
• Union experience preferred
• Experience growing and mentoring new leaders across both shifts, created leader standard work with a focus on nursing practice and quality improvement
• Franklin 8 bed ED Critical Access Hospital stabilize and ship
• Laconia 32 Bed ED + 6 Bed locked acute psych (leadership for psych is handled by behavioral health) also no trauma designation but takes higher acuity than Franklin
• Must be have strong ED hands-on skills
• Certs- AHA BLS & ACLS (TNCC & PALS are preferred but not required)
• EMR: Cerner-Exp Preferred, but not required

Estimated Gross Salary: $3600/weekly
