We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking Physical Therapist Clinical Director to join our Client’s established outpatient orthopedic clinic. Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Clinical Director:

• Provide individualized patient care using a wide range of therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to track and guide patient progress.
• Educate PTAs, caregivers, and family members on therapy plans and home exercises.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Mentor and support fellow Physical Therapists and staff to foster professional growth.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and apply evidence-based practices in care delivery.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist Clinical Director:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• First Aid, AED, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a clinical team.
