Estimated Gross Pay: $72,000-91,000/year, some positions offer $10,000 sign-on bonus

Target Start Date:  ASAP

Hours per Week:  32–40, some positions have OT available

Shift/Schedule:  Days, Evenings, or Nights | Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends

Location: Boston, MA or Middletown, RI

We are seeking compassionate and committed Registered Nurses to join our Client’s teams. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to both long-term and short-term rehab residents, while overseeing nursing assistants and collaborating closely with a supportive care team. New grads are encouraged to apply! Full-time and part-time positions available with generous shift differentials.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a long-term and rehab setting.
• Assess and triage residents, completing treatments, assessments, and care plans.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, confidential, and respectful work environment.
• Provide mentorship and support to other clinical staff as needed.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Some positions require COVID-19 vaccination.
