We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our Client’s team. This full-time, weekday role will oversee the daily operations of the clinical care team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient practice flow. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor:

• Lead, supervise, and support the day-to-day operations of the clinical care team.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to ensure smooth, effective workflows across departments.
• Mentor and coach clinical team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance and competency assessments for both current and incoming clinical staff.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance standards are upheld throughout the clinic.
• Assist administrative staff with scheduling patients and clinical team members to maintain optimal coverage.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Prior nursing management or supervisory experience required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
