Position located in Boston, MA

Responsibilities of the Research Associate:

• Flow cytometry, cell culture, in vitro cellular assays of immune function on primary mouse cells and cell lines.
• Will perform PCR, ELISA, and DNA/RNA prep.
• Will perform in vivo techniques and be responsible for mouse colony maintenance.
• Maintenance of laboratory supplies.

Requirements of the Research Associate:

• Bachelor’s degree in the biological sciences or at least one year of full-time laboratory experience.
• Proficiency with wet lab techniques is required.
• Must have experience with basic in vivo techniques.
• Must have experience working with mouse colonies.
