Requirements:

• Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ED with some PEDS experience. Also, documenting travel experience.
• TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
• Current AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC IS REQUIRED!!
• NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License
• RTO MUST be included at time of submission
• EMR Exp Required: EPIC
• Common patient diagnosis: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure
• Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun
• Patients: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric
• Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 beds , 2 Triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych
• Required Drips & Medications: Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG , Anti-arrhythmic-Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido, Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TNK, Heparin and Insulin
